Here’s what to do next:
- Join our private Facebook group HERE. This is the heart of the Wild Reset! Each morning you’ll find your daily practice here as well as a space to share, connect, and be inspired by fellow participants.
- Check your inbox. You’ll receive a welcome email from me within 24 hours with more details. (If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions tab.)
- Mark your calendar for November 5-9. Give yourself the gift of showing up each day — even for just a few minutes — to connect more deeply with the natural world and your own wild, wise self.
How to make the most of our journey:
- Visit our Facebook group each day. At 6 AM PT, I’ll share a short video and simple guide for the day’s nature connection practice. No need to be there at 6 AM, the practice will be waiting for you whenever it’s convenient.
- Do the daily practice (10–20 minutes). Let yourself feel held, nourished, and uplifted by Mama Earth.
- Share your reflections. Post in the comments under the day’s post. This is where the magic of community happens.
- Celebrate each other. Offer encouragement, curiosity, and love. Your presence uplifts everyone.
- Join our live closing gathering on Sunday, Nov 9, 1 - 2 PM PT. We’ll gather on Zoom to celebrate, integrate, and explore how to carry your Wild Reset into daily life. (The Zoom link will be in the welcome email.)
